Members Census
The annual MatSoc census is for the MatSoc Committee to collect information on memership status, numbers and demographics in order for more tailored events for its members and to uphold its University registration.
Members will be emailed annually to simply fill out the form accessible below when it opens.
If you would like to cancel your MatSoc membership, the census is your chance to do so.
Cancelling your membership will mean you stop receiving emails to complete the census.
The census period opens every year on 1st January and closes on 28th February, with a reminder email coming on 1st February. The 2027 Census period will be an exception: it will take place between 5th October and 31st October 2026.
We are grateful for your completion of the census as this is essential and facilitates the accurate and productive running of the Society for you and its members.
