About the Event
Saturday 23 May (Week 4)
The event will start at 11:45 with a picnic and pizza in University Parks. The picnic will end at 13:30 and we will make our way to the punting boathouses: Magdalen and Cherwell. Punting will be from 2pm onwards. We will be using colleges' punting schemes so please make sure that someone from your college has booked at least one punt from 2pm to 3 or 4pm.
The event is open and free to all Materials students, including undergrads and postgrads! A Microsoft form has been sent to Materials students - you must indicate that you are coming to the event by completing the form.
You may bring non-Materials students as guests but you must pay £6.50 for each guest before the event. Please pay this sum to the MatSoc account whose details are on the Microsoft form and send an email to president@matsoc.com once you…
