About the Event
The MatSoc Industrial visit to the UK Atomic Energy Authority's Culham site will take place on Thursday 28th May (Week 5). We will be given a tour of JET and the RACE facility. This visit will count as a departmental visit.
The coach will leave the Department at 13:30 on the day from Keble Road. Please meet by the coach at 13:15. The visit will begin at 2pm and will end at 4:30pm for a return to the department at around 5pm.
You may sign up for the visit using the RSPV below, which will open on Tuesday 5th May (Week 2) at 1:15pm. The sign-ups will close on Saturday 9th May at 6pm. There are 30 spaces available and, if oversubscribed, MatSoc members will be given priority. You will be asked to provide your nationality for security reasons as requested by UKAEA.
